maxvit_tiny_tf_384.in1k模型卡

一种官方的MaxViT图像分类模型。由论文作者在ImageNet-1k上使用tensorflow训练,由Ross Wightman将官方的Tensorflow实现( https://github.com/google-research/maxvit )移植到PyTorch上。

maxxvit.py 中的模型变种

MaxxViT包括一些相关的模型架构,它们共享相同的结构,包括:

  • CoAtNet - 在早期阶段将MBConv(深度可分离)卷积块与后期的自注意力变换块相结合。
  • MaxViT - 所有阶段都采用相同的块结构,每个块包含一个MBConv(深度可分离)卷积块,后面是两个自注意力块,它们具有不同的分区方案(窗口,然后网格)。
  • CoAtNeXt - 一个timm特定的架构,用ConvNeXt块替代CoAtNet中的MBConv块。所有归一化层都是LayerNorm(没有BatchNorm)。
  • MaxxViT - 一个timm特定的架构,用ConvNeXt块替代MaxViT中的MBConv块。所有归一化层都是LayerNorm(没有BatchNorm)。
  • MaxxViT-V2 - MaxxViT的一个变体,去除了窗口块注意力,只保留ConvNeXt块和网格注意力,并提供了更宽的宽度来补偿。

除了上述主要变种外,从模型到模型还存在一些细微的变化。任何包含字符串rw的模型名称都是timm特定的配置,进行了建模调整以优化PyTorch的使用方式。这些模型是在进行初始复现训练时创建的,因此存在一些变化。所有包含字符串tf的模型都是完全匹配原始论文作者基于Tensorflow的模型,并将权重移植到PyTorch上。这包括了许多MaxViT模型。官方的CoAtNet模型从未发布过。
