coatnet_bn_0_rw_224.sw_in1k 的模型卡

这是一个特定于 timm 的 CoAtNet 图像分类模型。由 Ross Wightman 在 timm 上训练,并使用 ImageNet-1k 数据集。

此模型在 TPUs 上进行了 ImageNet-1k 训练,感谢 TRC 计划的支持。

maxxvit.py 中的模型变体

MaxxViT 包含一系列相关的模型架构,它们共享相同的结构,包括:

  • CoAtNet - 在早期阶段使用 MBConv(深度可分离)卷积块,后期使用自注意力转换块。
  • MaxViT - 所有阶段均采用统一的块,每个块包含一个 MBConv(深度可分离)卷积块,后面是两个具有不同分区方案的自注意力块(窗口后跟网格)。
  • CoAtNeXt - timm 特定的架构,使用 ConvNeXt 块代替 CoAtNet 中的 MBConv 块。所有规范化层都是 LayerNorm(没有 BatchNorm)。
  • MaxxViT - timm 特定的架构,使用 ConvNeXt 块代替 MaxViT 中的 MBConv 块。所有规范化层都是 LayerNorm(没有 BatchNorm)。
  • MaxxViT-V2 - MaxxViT 的一个变体,删除了窗口块自注意力,只保留了 ConvNeXt 块和带有更宽度的网格注意力,以进行补偿。

除了上述主要变体之外,从模型到模型可能存在更细微的变化。带有字符串 rw 的模型名称是 timm 特定的配置,进行了建模修正以支持 PyTorch 的即刻执行使用。这些模型是在训练初始复现模型时创建的,因此存在一些变化。所有包含字符串 tf 的模型与原始论文作者基于 Tensorflow 的模型完全相同,只是将权重移植到了 PyTorch。这包括一些 MaxViT 模型。官方的 CoAtNet 模型从未发布过。
