各种生物分子实体之间存在的关系提取是领域研究中最常见的信息提取任务之一。典型的关系提取目标包括蛋白质相互作用或基因调控关系。然而,在GENIA语料库中,涉及生物分子状态或性质改变的这种关联关系被捕捉在事件注释中。
GENIA语料库的关系注释旨在通过捕捉(主要)静态关系,即实体之间持有的部分关系等关系,补充语料库的事件注释。
